Return Policy

Please email info@publicsaints.org if there are any issues with the product you received arriving in a damaged product container. If you still want to return your unopened product and it is within seven days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below. No RMA is needed, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns Process:
1) Email us at info@publicsaints.org ASAP to alert us that you are returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-days’ time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to info@publicsaints.org so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Upon receiving your package back at our facility and we can confirm it’s unopened condition. We will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.

Wrong Item Received

Please contact us if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization with instructions.   If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back via ground delivery ONLY. Items returned by special air express will be the customer’s responsibility. If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges if the error was on our part). You will receive a credit when the returned item is received. If you prefer to be charged only once, you will send the order back, and we will make the proper exchange.
